Here are some tips for caring for your floral arrangements:
Keep flowers in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight and heating and cooling vents.
Do not keep flowers on top of televisions or radiators or directly under ceiling fans.
Large appliances tend to radiate heat, causing the flowers to wilt from dehydration.
Change water in the container daily.
When changing the water, give the stems a fresh cut and a spritz of water.
Remove any extra leaves or greenery that looks yellow or wilted.
Remove leaves that fall below the water line. Leaves in water will promote bacterial growth.
